Summer 2008
ROUNDTABLES SUMMER 2008
During our Annual Conferences, many issues are aired that need further discussion, which has led to our series of working group roundtables of around 10 – 20 participants to brainstorm and problem solve throughout the summer months. Great partnerships have emerged from our previous sessions and real trials have blazed the way for real rollouts. We have been asked for more working sessions again this year and below are our first thoughts and feedback from participants so far. But, we are still open to topic suggestions, so now is a good time for your input!
We will make more subjects available on each date to encourage cross networking and make the sessions longer to ensure a thorough debate is possible. The individual sessions will culminate in a list of actions to be completed and the Chairperson of each group will then present their findings to the whole session. There will be plenty of opportunities for Networking across all of the 3 groups during the breaks and lunchtime.
09.00 – 10.30 Separate Group Discussions (led by Chairperson)
10.30 – 11.00 Coffee break
11.00 – 12.00 Separate Group Discussions (led by Chairperson)
12.00 – 13.00 Networking Lunch
13.00 – 14.00 Separate Group Discussions with MoU drawn up (led by Chairperson)
14.00 – 14.30 Chairpersons present Roundtable findings to all 3 groups
14.30 – 15.30 Final networking opportunities
